After going to 4 other jewelry stores, all who wanted me to leave my ring for weeks at an exorbitant price, which only needed a minor soldering repair, I gave up and made a U-turn on Preston Rd and turned on McDermott, when I spotted Eaton Custom Jewelers on the corner and decided to stop in. I am so glad I did! They were very nice and accommodating. Even though they had other repairs scheduled for the day, they were able to work my repair in and finished it in a couple of hours at a reasonable cost. They did a beautiful job and I could not be happier! I can't believe they have been at this location for 14 years and I have not known about them. They are tucked back in this little shopping center on the corner- like a diamond in the rough!

I’ve had two custom pieces made here and both turned out better than expected. Everyone here is kind and helpful, and the jewelers are incredibly talented and creative.

Most recently they reworked my engagement ring for my 10th anniversary. I wanted to add a garnet and pearls for my family’s birthstones.

The result is beyond gorgeous and has become a family heirloom I’m looking forward to handing down to my kids. They are the best!

They made me a new setting for the stone from my engagement ring, and I could not be happier with the result!! It is *exactly* what I wanted but couldn't find in a store. They were great to work with - I'm *extremely* picky, and they patiently listened as I went over all my Pinterest pictures, explaining what I did/not like in each photo. I was so nervous to pick it up, bc I am so hard to please, but I nearly had tears when I finally saw the result because of how precise to my requests it was. Highly recommend.

I went to Eaton Custom Jewelry 3 years ago because of great reviews I read and I have no regrets! David and his associates were so easy to work with and had some wonderful ideas and input with the redesign of my wedding ring. I was able to add a beautiful sparkling band too and got an appraisal, one stop shop! I’ve been back several times to have my rings cleaned, inspected and repaired with no issues. I’m very pleased to have someone I can trust and depend on for quality work when it comes to my jewelries and my husband is "very" pleased about the prices!
